"They really got us"
At first I was a little nervous they might not fully understand what we needed, but they picked it up so quickly that I felt relieved almost right away. It was such a nice surprise not having to over-explain everything

"Good integrations, a few setup bumps"
Got our tools connected smoothly overall. Most of it just worked, which was nice. A couple parts of the setup though... took longer than I thought they would. Not a dealbreaker, just one of those little things where you expect to be done in 10 minutes and then you're still clicking around. Once it was set up, everything ran well

"Okaaay overall, but not amazing"
I used osf.com for some strategic guidance stuff, and it was helpful in a few spots. That said, some parts felt a little unclear, and it took me loooonger than I expected to find what I actually needed. Not bad at all, just kinda average for me.

I ordered from osf.com the timing wasn’t great. The updates were slow, so I kept wondering if everything was still on track, which wasn’t very reassuring. It ended up arriving later than expected. The product itself was fine, but waiting that long without much communication was definitely annoying.

We used The Old Spaghetti Factory for change management support, it was just okay in my experience. The team did respond when we reached out, but the replies were usually slower than I would have liked. A lot of the guidance also felt generic to me, like it wasn’t fully tailored to what we were dealing with during the rollout. I was expecting more hands-on support and practical direction. It wasn’t a bad experience, but for our needs, it didn’t feel like quite enough

"Decent QA, but a bit hit or miss"
I’d probably give The Old Spaghetti Factory around 3 stars. Their QA does seem thorough in certain areas, and they caught some of the more obvious issues, so it didn’t feel like they were just rushing through it.
Anyway, a few things still got missed that I think should’ve been spotted earlier. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it didn’t feel fully consistent either. I also think the communication around fixes could be a little clearer.

I used osf.com to move our store data over it was spot on. I only checked a handful of orders after because, you know, I just wanted to make sure nothing looked weird, and everything matched up fine. Saved me a lot of stress, which was kind of the main thing

"I had a disappointing experience with…"
I had a disappointing experience with osf.com. The service was slow, which I guess would’ve been fine if the support had been helpful, but unfortunately that wasn’t really the case. I asked for help and mostly got unclear answers, then had to explain the same issue more than once, which was super fun. In the end, it still didn’t get properly resolved, so that was nice. It just felt like nobody was all that bothered about helping. I wouldn’t use them again unless they seriously improve their support.

It has been okay as we have grown, and it does handle scaling well. The main issue is that the setup is not always smooth and can get a bit messy, especially when you are trying to make changes or add more to it.

The OSF training was easy to follow and it did help me understand the work better. A few parts moved a little too fast for me, and there were moments where I felt like my questions or confusion were kind of brushed over. Even so, I did learn a lot and felt more confident by the end

"Communication could’ve been clearer"
I had a bit of a frustrating time trying to get straight answers from osf. They did reply, so it wasn’t like I was being ignored (which I appreciated), but the answers were vague and I ended up asking the same questions more than once. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the back-and-forth made everything feel slower and more confusing than it really needed to be.

"Turns out they actually helped our store make more sales"
We brought in OSF for an online store project, and shockingly, it went better than I’d braced myself for. The site got faster, checkout stopped feeling like a tiny obstacle course, and after launch we actually started seeing more orders come in. They weren’t flawless with every little update, because apparently perfection is still not included in commerce projects, but they listened and fixed things quickly. At the end of the day, the numbers went in the right direction, which was the whole point. Happy with how it turned out.
